Popular shoe designer Jojo Bragais said that depression made him a better person as he thanked all those who gave him a second chance to fulfill his dreams.

On a Facebook post uploaded on March 15, Bragais also called on the public never to stop dreaming and hustling.

His complete post:

“When you were miserable enough, it pushes you to change. So don’t take challenges too negative that will lead you to stop dreaming;

“I don’t know exactly how I did it. But I’m just certain that I want to give my best in everything I do.

“Everyone is the same, in a sense that you don’t know really what want you want in life and at some point you will look for something that you are good at;

“It may or may not be exactly the life you planned and prepared yourself for but if your motivation is right success will follow;

“Keep dreaming and never stop hustling!”

“I got so many dreams and so much things to do. I wanna give the best product ain’t as elite that will cater the REAL PEOPLE. Giving them a taste of good options not trying go after the luxurious brands. And I wanna thank everyone for the support, You folks gave me a second chance to live,” wrote Bragais, who almost gave up on life due to depression few years ago.
