International prospect Kai Sotto received added boost from his supporters as a hardcourt mural in San Juan, Batangas was dedicated to him.

Rapper and court artist Mike Swift shared on Instagram a refurbished hardcourt in his hometown in Barangay Hugom Laiya.

"For all the hard work Kai has been doing, I wanted to let him know that we are here to support and we believe that he will be the first-ever local Pinoy in the NBA," said Swift.

The mural, which took three days to make, shows a half-body portrait of the 7-foot-2 basketball star.

Swift said Sotto is a huge fan of Pinoy rap and that he plans to write a song about the 18-year old cager one day.

"Kai is a big battle rap fan as well, and I wanted to show him that we in the Pinoy Hip-hop community support him all the way."

Sotto left the Philippines last year to pursue his dream of playing in the NBA.

He has signed to play in the NBA G League for the 2020-21 and will join consensus five-star high school recruits Jalen Green, Isaiah Todd and Daishen Nix.
