LUCBAN, Quezon – A 22- year-old female, who was recently confirmed positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), has drawn flak on social media after she allegedly exposed her family and friends to the virus.

The patient, who works in the food industry in Manila, came home on June 8 asymptomatic, but underwent swab testing.

However, instead of going on isolation while waiting for the result of the swab test, she was said to have gone to several parties, and attended some drinking sprees – some photos of which were even posted on Facebook.

Paano yung mnga katrabaho nila, o nakasama nila nung June 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14?

The local government of Lucban is already conducting contact tracing to alert those who made have had contact with the COVID-19 patient to have themselves checked.

From May 9 until June 13, Lucban had gone without a COVID-19 case.
