Division Commander Maj. Gen. Generoso M. Ponio pinned the Lieutenant Colonel ranks on Maj. Jussel Parlan and Maj. Romulo Aujero of the Kuta Major Cesar Sang-an Station Hospital and 1st Dental Detachment respectively.

Together with Parlan, eight officers, six enlisted personnel and three civilian human resources were awarded with certificates of appreciation for their invaluable services rendered as medical frontliners and delivering essential health services to the personnel assigned and operationally controlled by the command.

Ponio congratulated the newly promoted officers and thanked them, as well as their personnel, for their efficient and effective management in significantly mitigating the spread of the disease in the camp despite one officer being infected with the virus.
