2 million food packs

The city government has distributed more than two million food packs, excluding those that were given by the 142 barangays to the distressed residents during the quarantine period.

From an initial count of 500,000 food packs, Belmonte opted to increase the allocation to 950,000 food packs, to provide to more households in the informal sector, street dwellers, renters, and people stranded in the city.

She reminded those who have not received their food packs to coordinate directly with their respective barangays.
