The month of March was pretty jarring and difficult for everyone. Still, we should remain hopeful. Things will get better soon. For the meantime, let’s look at the technologies that came out in the last days of March and look forward into actually wrapping our hands around them when this is all over.
Huawei P40 Series
Before the month ended, three flagship phones were launched by Huawei – the Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro and the Huawei P40 Pro Plus. But just like in chess where the queen is the most powerful, the Huawei P40 Pro Plus takes the crown. All three boast of an all screen design, the kirin 990 chipset, an in-screen fingerprint scanner. All support 5G and boasts of finite possibilities when it comes to photography. The P40 Series runs on and EMUI 10.1 interface, which is based on Android 10. Users will get to meet Celia, the unit’s new voice assistant.

Another feature is the Iconic Push-Push symmetrical structure. The Huawei Sound X is designed to facilitate seamless interaction with the smart devices in the listener’s vicinity.
Apple iPad Pro
With a catchy tagline, “Your next computer is not a computer!”, pretty sure Apple has captured your attention. I know it did mine. Apple just released this year’s iPad Pro. Compared to its predecessor, the new iPad Pro now comes with a more powerful chipset (AZ12 Bionic Chip). Notably, there is an additional camera – a 10MP, ultra-wide rear camera that allows 2x optical zoom. It also features the Lidar Scanner LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) Scanner that’ll greatly enhance AR experience with the iPad Pro.
