Pacquiao said the donation came from his ‘’good friend, ‘the respected ’rags to riches’ Jack Ma, tech entrepreneur Alibaba Group founder, lazada ph owner.’’

Pacquiao himself will be donating 700,000 face masks bought from abroad.

The face masks and testing kits are still being sorted for delivery to Camp Crame today, March 17.

They were brought out of the Bureau of Customs last night and are being inventoried by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Pacquaio and heads of lead agencies such as Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Archie Gamboa and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chief Danny Lim were expected to be at Camp Crame in Quezon City for the turnover ceremony.
