The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has unveiled its 2020 tax campaign theme with “Pananaw 2020, Mahusay na Serbisyo, Ramdam na Pagbabago.”

The unveiling was led by Revenue Commissioner Caesar Dulay and his deputy commissioners during the flag-raising ceremony at the BIR National Office, BIR Road, Diliman, Quezon City.
The event was simultaneously done in all regional and district offices where all personnel recited their commitment for change then sang and danced to its new jingle "Pagbabago” sang by singer-songwriter Lito Camo.
The theme is an expression of the bureau’s vision for the year 2020, providing excellent service to taxpayers.
Excellence will be the BIR’s standard of service for 2020 as revenue collectors continue to serve taxpayers with integrity and fairness.
The simultaneous nationwide unveiling was a follow up to the 2020 BIR National Tax Campaign Kickoff held at the Philippine International Convention Center two weeks ago.
