Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has started construction for for its Campus One building in the company's first destination estate, Bridgetowne.

In a statement, RLC said the new campus is located in the Pasig City side of the development and will be leased by  FinAsia Land Development and Construction Corporation (FinAsia).

The seat leasing company will occupy the three-story building with a total leasable space of 19,578 square meters (sqm). The office building is expected to be completed within the third quarter of 2020.

“We are delighted to contribute to the continued growth of Pasig City as a commercial district by building Campus One in Bridgetowne East. This will be the first of many exciting developments you can expect from our premier destination estate,” said RLC Office Buildings Division General Manager Jericho P. Go.

Manuel E. Pangilinan, FinAsia’s Founder, President and Chief Executive, said “FinAsia selected Campus One for its expansion into Pasig City because of Robinsons Land Corporation’s excellent track record of delivering quality office projects.”

FinAsia is as seat leasing, office space fit-out, and facilities management company with an existing footprint of more than 31,000 square meters of office space around Metro Manila. Some of its major clients are business process outsourcing (BPO), and e-commerce companies.

Bridgetowne is a 30-hectare property that straddles between two cities in Metro Manila, Quezon and Pasig. It features a masterfully-planned destination estate, the site of several office buildings, a mall, residential buildings, and other soon-to-rise world-class projects.

Campus One is the newest office building development to rise in the Pasig side known as Bridgetowne East, and is also the first campus-style low-rise building in the vicinity.

It will feature spacious office floor areas with more than 6,840 sqm of office space on the second and third floors and 4,890 sqm. on the ground floor. Prime spaces on the ground floor will be earmarked for retail in support of the tenants of the building.

The building will also be equipped with 100 percent emergency back-up power system for uninterrupted business operations. The campus will likewise use an energy-saving VRF air conditioning system.
