Eight ranking PNP officials get new posts

Eight ranking police officials were given new assignments in the latest reshuffle ordered by Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Archie Gamboa that will take effect Monday.

Gamboa designated Maj. Gen. Reynaldo Biay as Director for Personnel and Records Management and Maj. Gen. Timoteo Pacleb as Director for Research and Development.

Like Gamboa, Biay and Pacleb belong to Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Sinagtala Class of 1986.

Brig. Gen. Israel Ephraim Dickson will be the acting Director for Integrated Police Operations in the Visayas, Brig. Gen. Rolando Miranda will be the Deputy Director for Personnel and Records Management, and Brig. Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr., the Director of PNP Maritime Group.

Other officials designated to new posts were Brig. Gen. R’Win Pagkalinawan who will serve as acting Regional Director, Police Regional Office–Cordillera; Col. Conrado Gongon Jr. acting Executive Officer, Directorate for Integrated Police Operations, Western Mindanao; and Col. Erson Digal, acting Executive Officer, Directorate for Human Resource and Doctrine Development.
