Over 31 female workers were rescued by police Wednesday night in an operation at a Makati City bar allegedly conducting illegal sexual activities.

In the operation led by Police Maj. Gideon Ines, cops raided the FEELMORE Ihaw Ihaw Atbp. Bar and Restaurant located in Brgy. Palanan, Makati City at around 11 p.m.

Police said they received an anonymous tip regarding supposedly illegal sexual activities at the establishment.

During the operation, they found out the women workers were made to dance without clothing. Police also learned that the establishment was operating with an expired business permit, and that the employees were working with expired individual working and health permits.

Over 31 female workers, 15 employees, and 24 guests including three Indonesians were brought to the Makati Central Police Station for profiling, documentation, and interview by the Makati Social Welfare and Development.

The establishment will be referred to the Makati Business Permit and Licensing Office for evaluation and proper disposition.
