Office for Transportation Security (OTS) Administrator Undersecretary Raul L. Del Rosario warned unscrupulous OTS personnel to curb their wrongdoing as he intends to mount an intensified campaign against corruption in the agency.

Del Rosario said he will re-shuffle all personnel this year, particularly airport screening officers, to different posts to avoid familiarization.
"Hopefully makatulong ito, pati ‘yung aming regular na surveillance sa mga terminal, para mabawasan, kung hindi man maubos, 'yung mga hindi gumagawa ng maganda diyan." Del Rosario added. (I hope this helps, also our regular surveillance at terminals, to reduce, if not eliminate, those who are corrupt and crooked.)
Del Rosario made sure to laud honest airport personnel, among them Airport Security Screening Officers Donn Mark Rivera and Luzviminda Galivo, assigned to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, who return to its rightful owner a white envelope containing 21 $100 U.S. dollars or approximately P105,000.00, left behind at the final security screening checkpoint last Jan. 3, 2020.
