Robredo should not keep the people waiting for ICAD report – Go

A political ally of President Duterte challenged on Monday Vice President Leni Robredo to disclose what she claimed to have unearthed on the controversial bloody anti-illegal drug campaign of President Duterte.

Robredo served briefly as co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee against Illegal Drugs (ICAD) but was later yanked out by President Duterte.

‘’Karapatan ng bawat Pilipino na marinig ang report na sinasabi kaya dapat aniyang mailabas na niya ito,’’ Senator Christopher Lawrence ‘’Bong’’ Go said. (It is the right of every Filipino to hear what Robredo said she would disclose.)

Go served as a close confidant of then Davao city Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte and later as Special Assistant to President Duterte.

Latest reports showed that Robredo decided not to make such public disclosure owing to the destructive 6.9 quake that hit Davao del Sur the other day.

The Duterte administration had said it would not be cowed by any revelation to be made by Robredo during her 18 days as ICAD co-chairman.
