Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle on Tuesday released a prayer for those who were affected by Typhoon “Tisoy.”
In his prayer, Tagle asked God to keep families, especially the poor, safe from harm.
He also prayed for God to calm the rains and winds brought about by the typhoon that is currently affecting different parts of the country.
