He was identified as Modesto Tabion Tadeo Jr., traffic enforcer assigned at the corner of United Nations and Taft Avenues under MTPB Sector 5.

MTPB chief Dennis Viaje said the traffic enforcer will no longer be part of the Manila City government for engaging in “kotong.”

The enforcer was exposed in a Facebook video published by netizen Love Laurena on Monday. He was caught accepting bribe from a motorist.

The video went viral on social media hours after Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso announced the regularization of a "heroic" MTPB enforcer who was dragged by a speeding SUV on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Domagoso said he was disappointed over the alleged extortion activities of the enforcer.
