Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO),  disclosed on Tuesday that "drug queen" Guia Gomez Castro may have had an "intimate relationship" with the founder of "ninja cops.”

Eleazar, in an interview with ANC, narrated how Gomez was able to penetrate the police force by having an affair with the police officer who formed the group that recycled illegal drugs from police operations.

" started decades ago. We believe that the founder of the ninja cops, nagkaroon sila ng intimate relationship,” he said.

“She started as an assest or informant but eventually nakita niya yung pagiging lucrative netong syndicate na 'to," Eleazar added.

The NCRPO chief alleged that Gomez even had her brother purposely join the police force to fortify her anti-illegal drugs operations.

"Eventually, noong andoon na , naka recruit na siya ng ibang kasamahan," he said, adding that three in their list of ninja cops were "batchmates" of Gomez's brother.

'Ninja cop founder'

Eleazar meanwhile said the founder of the 'ninja cps' was a "senior police non-commission officer."

Non-commissioned personnel in the PNP are those with the rank of Patrolman to Master Sergeant.

"I won't divulge the name first. If we have cases filed against him, I will mention the name. Sila ang nag simula netong 'ninja cops.' It was early 2000. He is now retired," he said.

The NCRPO chief said authorities are already doing a case build-up against the founder of the “ninja cops”.
