Police Colonel Bernard Yang, Pasay City police chief, identified the suspects as Hong Choag Chia, 26, encoder and Moh Jing Hua, 28, both billeted at Selah Pods Hotel located in Barangay 23, Pasay City.

According to Yang, prior to the arrest of the suspects, Julius Rhee Roylo, hotel house keeper, claimed that he entered and cleaned Room 1042 after the suspects checked out.

Roylo said that while cleaning the room, he discovered some drug paraphernalia scattered inside the room that prompted him to call the attention of hotel security Rodolfo Quintal,42.
