A fire gutted a residential area in Visayan Hills, Barangay Matandang Balara, Quezon City, on Friday, Dec. 22.
According to the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP), the first alarm was raised at 8:21 a.m.
The fire escalated to the second alarm at 8:22 a.m.
As of this writing, firefighters have yet to put out the blaze in the area.
