Technology evangelist Jesus Vega will serve as keynote speaker and will share best practices in people management and leadership. The Spain-based advisor and speaker has worked as managing director for Zara-Inditex, the biggest and fast-growing fashion retail group in the world.
During his time with Zara, Vega contributed to the clothing giant’s IPO and to the opening of thousands of new stores in various parts of the world. At Zara, he also helped launch new brands and formats including Oysho and Uterqüe.
Currently, he serves as a speaker for conferences in various parts of the world, sharing his insights and experiences on topics like Zara’s secrets to success, new way of entrepreneurship, and diversity in the company, among others. With over 50 speeches he gives every year, he is tagged as the most international speaker in Spain.
He is also the author of the book “The Sensual Company,” which talks about how companies like Zara and Google apply seduction as a business strategy for them to be desirable for investors, customers or employees. The book is translated to nine languages and is published in more than 20 countries.
US-certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner Ben Ampil will also grace this year’s NRCE who will discuss neuroscience of successful retail marketing. NLP is a management tool widely used by Fortune 500 Companies and world-class celebrities and athletes.
