Most of the proclamations were made between Tuesday and Thursday. More winners will be proclaimed by Friday afternoon, the board of canvassers reported.

Proclaimed were the incumbents, Governor Leopoldo Dominico L. Petilla and Vice Governor Carlo Loreto.

Petilla and Loreto will be serving their third and last term.

In the first district, proclaimed were Congressman Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and provincial board members Gina Merilo and Bob Abellanosa.

In the second district, proclaimed were Lolita Javier for congressman, and Trinidad Apostol and Raisa Villasin as board members.

Juan Bautista A. Beato Jr. told reporters proclaiming the winners in the fourth district for governor and vice governor was delayed because of defective secure data (SD) cards in the towns of Abuyog and Albuera.

The board of canvassers is made of Juan Bautista A. Beato Jr. as chairperson, the provincial election supervisor Ma. Arlene Cordovez as vice chair and Dr. Ronelo Al Fermo as member. #MatalinongBoto2019
