General Trias quickly retooled in the final 30 minutes and repulsed Binangonan, 94-75, in the Community Basketball Association Pilipinas (CBA) Founders Cup at the Binangonan Recreation and Conference Center on Sunday.
The Braves began turning the tides in the second quarter, outscoring the Slashers, 28-17, to turn a 20-24 deficit after the first period to a 48-41 lead at halftime and never looking back from there.

Marlito Escobal made 18 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals for General Trias.
Mark Guillen added a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds with one assist off the bench.
Justin Leal and Felipe Chavez each scored 14 markers for Binangonan.
