Manny Pacquiao saw a lot of positives in his promotion's first partnership with Ringstar Asia recently at the Resorts World Manila in Pasay City.
All but one of the protagonists in the entire fight card were Filipinos and the eight-division world champion is happy that they got an opportunity to showcase their stuff in front of a packed crowd inside the said venue's event atrium and millions around the world.
"This is a good opportunity for the Filipino boxers to have a chance to fight outside the country, especially in the United States," said Pacquiao.

Probably the most glaring among the results was the lone bout that featured a foreign pug.
Cris Leon shocked the crowd when he defeated Singaporean and former world title contender Muhamad Ridhwan via split decision.
Overall, Pacquiao is delighted that the crowd liked how the event went.
"Everybody's happy. very successful promotion. I think this is just the beginning," he concluded.
