CAMP GEN. PANTALEON GARCIA, Imus, Cavite – A 78-year-old vendor is the fourth fatality in road accidents in Cavite in a span of one month.

Police reported that Jesus Ocampo Feliciano, 78, a resident of Kaingen Main Road, Bacoor, was taking the garbage out to the sidewalk when he was hit by a motorcycle driven by a student before dawn Sunday.

Feliciano was pronounced dead at the Binakayan Hospital where he and motorcycle driver Kelvin Gabina De Jesus, 24, who sustained body injuries, were brought by rescuers.

De Jesus, who was driving a Honda RS150 (license plate BF 44919) lost control of the motorcycle after skidding on the road.
