Several flights were cancelled on December 29, 2018, due to Tropical depression “Usman”.
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) posted the following flight cancellations:

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Usman made landfall around 6 a.m. Saturday and estimated the location of the LPA in the vicinity of Llorente, Eastern Samar around 7 a.m.
