The Manila Police District through the Manila District Traffic Enforce Unit announced road closures and will implement a rerouting scheme tomorrow, Nov.16 during the commemoration of 128th birth anniversary of the late President Elpidio Quirino.
MPD advised motorists that one lane of Roxas Boulevard northbound near the sidewalk from Pres. Quirino to San Andres Street will be closed to vehicles at 9 a.m. onwards on Friday.
Meanwhile, all trailer trucks or heavy vehicles utilizing Roxas Boulevard northbound lane going to Pier Zone shall turn right to Pres. Quirino Avenue to point of destination.
MPD also reminded that only light vehicles will be allowed to pass the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard.
