Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) invites all car enthusiasts and the general public to an exciting display of the latest in the Philippine automotive scene at the 7th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). Organized by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. (CAMPI), the show will run until October 28, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the World Trade Center, Metro Manila.
To give you a glimpse of future mobility, MMPC will showcase the e-Evolution Concept, a concept car that made its world premiere at the recent Tokyo Motor Show. The all-electric high-performance SUV embodies MMC's new brand strategy under the new "Drive your Ambition" global tagline, a strategy that reflects an adventurous and progressive mindset for inspirational design and product. The e-Evolution Concept is a technical prototype to illustrate the strategic directions of a renewed MMC brand that incorporates the strengths of SUV, EV, and the ability to integrate new systems for a connected mobility customer experience.
MMPC will also showcase its current bestselling vehicles, the Xpander, Montero Sport, Strada and the proudly Filipino made Mirage G4. Visitors may take a close look at these models and may even test drive the Xpander, Montero Sport, Strada and Mirage G4. (Test drive is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. only.)
With MMPC’s current partnership with government and other organizations on the viability of electric vehicles (EV) in the country, a display of the latest Outlander PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) will also be available at MMPC pavilion. MMPC has been actively pursuing EV demonstration project with the Philippine government and authorities to utilize the e-mobility as a social infrastructure in the near future.
Apart from the interesting vehicle displays and test drive, fun activities for the whole family are in store during this five day motor show. Exclusive discounts and freebies will also be offered during the PIMS. And to make it even more exciting, Mirage G4’s brand ambassador, Liza Soberano, will be coming over on October 27 to say hello to her fans and all Mitsubishi fanatics.
