She is currently in the Philippines to take care of her properties and sell most of them. A few days ago, Klaudia caught up with the entertainment press wherein, for the first time, she talked about her failed marriage.

It turns out she and her Chinese-American husband divorced in 2014, she claimed. That episode taught her a lot of lessons.

She realized that failure teaches people to be strong and wiser. She also learned that marriage entails a lot of hard work to last.

“But you have to set a limit for yourself,” she noted. “If you feel it is not really working anymore, you have to let go. I feel sad because of what happened to us but I believe God has other plans for me.”

Above everything else, the failed marriage enlightened her to be more cautious, to be contented of what has been given to her, and to let God decide over your fate.

“Marriage is not about money, it’s not about the looks. I guess, every girl should find a man who has a beautiful heart and soul, someone who is God-fearing. A man who will treat you right and will respect you as his wife.”

Klaudia admitted she got depressed over their divorce. Sadly, it was also the time her father died.

“Imagine, same month, same year. Two important men in my life, left me,” she said.

The former questioned God back then.

“I told Him, ‘Why don’t you just kill me?’ I really can’t take the pain anymore. What did I do wrong? At that time, I was in the darkest phase of my life,” she revealed.

But, mercifully, morning came.

Who is Klaudia?

To millennials, Klaudia is one of the prominent actresses in the ’90s. She is best known for the sexy movies “Pisil,” “Torotot,” “Outside De Kulambo.”

At the height of her acting career and fame, she left the industry after the movie “Live Show (Toro)” in 2001, wherein she was nominated for Gawad Urian as Best Supporting Actress.

“That film triggered me to leave showbiz,” she admitted. “Even though, I’m into sexy roles, I never saw myself doing frontal nudity. I felt exhausted and I told them that I’m going to leave because I wanted to finish my studies.”

She completed her college education at New Era University with a degree in BS Computer Science in 2005. She started her own Internet business soon afterwards.

Klaudia now works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and will go back to the US early October.
