“Bola Kontra Droga” launched to achieve a drug-free Bulacan

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — Vice Governor Daniel Fernando led the other day the launching of a program aimed to help government achieve a drug-free Bulacan.

Dubbed “Bola Kontra Droga for a Drug-Free Bulacan, Drug-Free Showbiz,” the basketball shootout with celebrities will promote sports and a healthy lifestyle through a tour of campuses around the province.
Joross Gamboa, one of the celebrity players, joined the launch at the Bulacan State University, here. Meanwhile, relentless police operations against the drug trade resulted in the arrest of 28 suspects and the seizure of 44 plastic sachets of “shabu” in the province last Thursday, said Senior Supt.
