The food that you keep coming back to and yearn for to satisfy a physical and emotional hunger.

The dish or fare that will momentarily detach you from the strain of daily deadlines and headlines and the rainy day blues.

The kind of food, be it lavish or simple, that can and will deliver you from hungry to happy.

A food reviewer in Instagram interviewed for this feature also shared her take on good food and goov mood.

“Ano ba yung naaamoy mong niluluto ni nanay o lola tuwing umagang bumabagyo while ina-announce na walang pasok? Danggit? Tuyo? Hotdog? Bacon with sinangag? Champorado? Take the time na balikan ang mga masasayang alaalang yun,” she said.

“Nakaka good vibes yun.”
