The second Miss Korea-Philippines beauty pageant finals tonight will be at the Grand Ballroom of City of Dreams Manila which is co-presenting the event. Organized by Show BT Philippines, the Miss Korea-Philippines is a franchise of the prestigious Miss Korea search.

The Miss Korea-Philippines search is a non-profit, nationwide beauty pageant that selected Koreanos residing in the country to represent the Philippines and compete in the 62nd Miss Korea main pageant in Seoul. The event aims to nourish the blooming relationship between South Korea and the Philippines, and to promote the rich cultures of both countries.

The Miss Korea beauty pageant served as a gateway to showcase the talents and beauty of Korean women amid recovery from the Korean war in May 1957. For over 62 years, the Miss Korea pageant has been a platform for talented and intelligent young Korean women from different regions in South Korea and around the world to represent what they stand for and show what truly makes a Korean woman.

The candidates to the 2018 Miss Korea-Philippines are: Cho Hye Jeong, 23; Park Yu Kyung, 21; Park Se Eun, 17; Kwon Soo Jung, 23; Kuk Son Yong, 25; and Kwon Ji Hye, 24.
