Gaza said he surrendered to have  peace of mind, which he called "ironic" because he was placed behind bars.

Gaza has two warrants of arrest before the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court Branches 20 and 26 for his alleged violation of the Anti-Bouncing Check Law.

The charges were filed by Jaime Asuncion and Melinda Cruz who were asked by Gaza to invest in a coffee shop, but he failed to pay the debt.

It can be recalled that Gaza became known  in the online world after he publicly asked actress Erich Gonzales for a coffee date via  a billboard., However,  he was rejected.

The self-proclaimed CEO, who claimed that he needs P160,000 for his bail, is asking help  from his friends, saying he's broke.

"Hi, friends! I don't have money now. If you want to help me, please get me out of this," Gaza said.

Gaza admitted being a scammer in some way, but not in the two particular cases.

"After years of denial, I accepted myself already. In some way I became a scammer and  committed fraud. I really hate the person I have become. I want to change once released," he said.

Gaza ended his appeal to his  friends with his trademark “nyeam” expression and peace sign.
