Warm winds from Pacific to dominate weather

The easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific are the dominant weather affecting the country Thursday, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, Pagasa said the easterlies affecting the eastern portion of the country would bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some parts of the country.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila will be at a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a low of 25 degrees Celsius; Baguio City will have a low of 16 degrees Celsius and a high of 24 degrees Celsius.

Metro Cebu's temperature will be at a high of 32 degrees Celsius and a low of 25 degrees and Metro Davao at a high of 34 degrees Celsius and 24 degrees Celsius.
