Railway systems announce no trips during Holy Week

Metro Manila railway systems will suspend operations for days, starting Holy Wednesday, in observance of the Holy Week.

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) lines 1 and 2, Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT 3), and Philippine National Railways (PNR), will have no trips on the following days:

Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT 3)

March 28 to April 1

LRT 1 (Roosevelt to Baclaran)

March 29 to April 1

LRT 2 (Santolan - Recto)

March 29 to April 1

Philippine National Railways (PNR)

March 29 to March 30

Normal operations for LRT lines 1 and 2, and MRT 3 will resume on Monday (April 2).

Meanwhile, PNR will provide special trips on March 31 (Black Saturday).

Trains from Tutuban bound to Calamba, Mamatid, and Alabang will depart by 6:37 pm, 7:07 pm, and 7:37 pm, respectively.
