That this farmer from Agusan del Norte can openly peddle these endangered Philippine Hanging Parrots, or more locally known as ‘kulasisi’, at a sidewalk in Davao City is a challenge to local environment and natural resources authorities. The parrots are being sold at P500 a pair. (Keith Bacongco)
