2 dead as motorcycle collides with bicycle

Camp Garcia, Cavite — Two persons died on Wednesday afternoon while another was seriously injured in a road accident involving a motorcycle and a bicycle in Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas City.

PO3 Rodolfo Reyes Jr., case investigator, said that the accident happened on the Molino-Paliparan Road in fronting of District Mall about 4 p.m., when the motorcycle and the bicycle collided.

Killed were Jeffrey Singson, driver of the white Euro motorcycle (with motor vehicle file resident No. 0201-9534765) and the still unidentified bicycle rider, described to be about 5’3” tall and wearing a dark green T-shirt and black camouflage shorts.

Injured was Jonathan Hernandez, 28, of Paliparan Site, Phase III, Dasmariñas, the motorcycle back rider.

Reyes said Singson and the unidentified bicycle rider succumbed to body injuries while being treated at the Dasmariñas Medical Center and Metro South Medical Center, respectively.

Hernandez, who likewise sustained body injuries, was also brought to Dasmariñas Medical Center.
