Davao Prison and Penal Farm

The Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) has tapped the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (AFPMBAI) to provide financial support and other assistance to its personnel and their families.

In a statement, DPPF said that “representatives from AFPMBAI visited DPPF and introduced the programs and services of their company to uniformed personnel of this penal institution.”

It said that the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) had earlier "sealed an agreement with AFPMBAI in providing security, protection, and meaningful financial solutions for its uniformed personnel and their families.”

“With this new partnership, uniformed personnel of the Bureau of Corrections and their families will now be secured financially should anything unfortunate happen and reduce financial uncertainty making accidental loss manageable,” it said.

During the visit and as “part of their commitment in the newly sealed partnership, AFPMBAI donated items to boost the operations of some offices.”
