PAOCC spokesman Winston John Casio said in a news forum that the PAOCC will meet on Tuesday, June 18, to discuss the move as they are keen on filing criminal charges before the embattled suspended local official before the Department of Justice (DOJ).

“So, we can expect the charges, criminal charges would be filed against a good number of people on Friday with regards to the Bamban operation,” he said.

According to Casio, they have strong evidence against Guo whose name and signature supposedly appear "in so many documents."

He said the PAOCC is also looking into possible connections between the illegal activities of Philippine Online Gaming Operators (POGOs) in Bamban, Tarlac, and Porac, Pampanga.

As far as the Porac operation is concerned, Casio said an investigation of the case is ongoing.

An inventory is set to be concluded on Saturday, which means that looking into the pieces of evidence will follow, he added.

Casio said said necessary steps would be undertaken after checking the pieces of evidence.
