The Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Incorporated (ARRAPI) is more than just a unifying force among Filipino reservists, 1-Pacman Party-list Rep. Mikee Romero said.

In a recent press conference, Romero, board chairman of ARRAPI, highlighted the organization's contributions to nation-building, particularly with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Romero said that ARRAPI does not only unify all reservists from different walks of life, but it also fostered cooperation and synchronization of efforts in support to the AFP programs and activities, especially its Reserve Force Development (RFD).

The presser was held on the sidelines of the AFP Reservists National Convention 2024 and First ARRAPI General Assembly at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.

An estimated 3,000 attendees from the different regions of the country trooped to the convention and general assembly. Twenty-five private entities also showcased their products and services during the event.

In his welcoming remarks, Romero underscored the critical role of the Reserve Force as Force Multipliers of the AFP.

The former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives said that ARRAPI will continue to serve as a reliable partner of the AFP in its noble pursuit of ensuring a mission capable and resilient AFP Total Force.
