After Bea Alonzo's engagement to Dominic Roque, Kim Chiu was asked when she and her boyfriend of 11 years, Xian Lim, are planning to tie the knot. The Kapamilya actress replied: "Magugulat na lang kayo!" (you will be surprised).

Kim was apparently joking when she said this, as she added while laughing: "Wow. Paano? Kelan? Saan?" (How? When? Where?)

She said she doesn't take it against people if they keep asking the same questions about when she and Xian are levelling up their relationship.

"Bata pa kami, Diyos ko, madami pang pwedeng mangyari sa buhay. Wala na lang sigurong matanong ang mga tao. Sanay na kami, We're just taking our time," the 33-year old actress remarked.

Kim revealed that she and Xian have just finished a short trip to Hong Kong.

" We had a quick weekend getaway to Hong Kong. He wanted an intimate dinner for his birthday. Nag-enjoy naman kami since sobrang busy rin namin pareho," she revealed.

Kim said she and Xian have agreed to just keep on working while they're flooded with projects. She asked for privacy about their future plans.

"Let it be between the two us, please. All I can say is that we're both inspired to work, we're happy with our lives, and we're both happy," she bared.

Aside from being a mainstay on It's Showtime and ASAP, Kim also leads the Prime Video series "Fit Check" and will star soon in the teleserye " Linlang." The actress is also busy with a lot of endorsements and brand deals, the latest of which is her collaboration with World Remit, an international money transfer service.

Kim noted that she used the service to send money to her youngest brother, John Paul when he was still studying to become a commercial pilot in Alberta, Canada.

"Sa awa ng Diyos, ok na sya. He's already able to drive a plane. Ngayon, nagbibilang na sya ng mga hours, nagde-deliver na sya ng mga cargo. Maliit pa lang na eroplano pero andun na sya, so happy ako,"  she narrated.

(Thank God, (John Paul) is okay with his work. He's gathering his pilot hours and delivering cargo. He's handling a small plane for now but he's there and it makes me happy.)

Kim said she doesn't mind sharing the blessings she has received as the family breadwinner. After sending her brother to pilot school, she's also now supporting her two nieces, Raine and Callee, and her nephew, Liam.

"Hindi pwedeng mapuno ang baso na umaapaw lang. Kailangan i-share mo talaga yun. I am blessed na nabigyan ako ng ganitong trabaho at napagtapos ko ng pag-aaral ang mga kapatid ko. Ngayon naman, ang mga pamangkin ko," she stated.

(When the glass overflows with blessings, we need to share it. I am blessed to be given this job and send my siblings to school. And after that, my siblings' children.)
