PhilHealth members can now access essential functions like viewing membership details and contribution history through the member portal, which offers numerous benefits and services, enhancing their overall experience and convenience, the agency said.

To pay contributions, a seamless contribution payment process is now available within the portal.

It also said that the members can download and obtain their print member data record (MDR) online, eliminating the need for physical copies.

PhilHealth also said that members can now select and register with their preferred “Konsulta Package”providers directly through their portal accounts.

It has also reinstated e-claims, enabling accredited health facilities to electronically submit claims to the agency, streamlining the claims process and reducing paperwork.

Moreover, the Healthcare Institution (HCI) Portal has been brought back, making it easier for healthcare facilities to verify the eligibility of members and their dependents to avail of benefits.

This streamlined process ensures hassle-free benefit availability at the point of care by minimizing documentary requirements, it said.

PhilHealth also ensured the continuity of the Electronic Premium Remittance System (EPRS), a vital tool for employers in both the government and private sectors.

The electronic PhilHealth Acknowledgement Receipt (ePAR) system, utilized by PhilHealth and its accredited collecting agents for online transactions, has been maintained.

This system replaced the manual issuance of official receipts, contributing to a more efficient and digitized payment process, it added. (Zekinah Elize Espina)
