A minor and three men were arrested by the police while having a shabu session in Muntinlupa on March 9.
They were nabbed during an anti-drug operation at about 10:30 p.m. conducted by Muntinlupa Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) at Southville 3 housing project in Barangay Poblacion.

The four suspects were identified by the police as Edencio Amaro, 53; Carlito Roa Jr., 33; Jomar Nipas, 42; and a 17-year-old classified by the police as a child in conflict with the law (CICL).
The police confiscated one plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, an aluminum foil strip with traces of suspected shabu, an improvised aluminum foil tooter, a transparent plastic sachet with traces of suspected shabu and two disposable lighters with improvised burners.
According to the police, the shabu weighed about two grams with an estimated value of P13,600.
The arrested suspects were taken to Muntinlupa police station and will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
