PCUP’s initiative taught at least 30 indigents to create a detergent powder. The program was held on Feb. 3.

The program aims to further expand the opportunities of the urban poor in terms of livelihood towards their success),” said PCUP Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Alvin Feliciano in a press statement.

The program was supervised by PCUP-Field Operations Division for the National Capital Region (FOD-NCR).
