Innovation-driven iFUEL getting stronger despite pandemic


iFUEL, the petroleum company of iFRANCHISE Business Services Corp. is aggressively expanding its market presence with its goal of putting up 100 retail stations by 2022.

iFRANCHISE President and CEO Krizzia Ann Loyang said they plan to add 30 more stations nationwide by February from 10 stations at present through franchising.

"Now we have more than 10 iFUEL stations nationwide. Before February next year, we can open 30 branches and that's the first goal," said Loyang. "I am confident we can reach our goal of Road to 100 by 2022," she said.

iFUEL is the country’s fastest-growing petroleum business that offers franchising opportunities to Filipinos.The company opened its gasoline stations in Baliuag, Bulacan, San Fernando Pampanga, Cordova Cebu, Porac Pampanga, Friendship Angeles Pampanga despite the pandemic.

iFUEL targets to open new retail stations in Antipolo, Twinlakes Alfonso Tagaytay, CTBEX Alfonso , Gulatac Zamboanga, Alaminos Pangasinan, San Manuel Tarlac City, Novoleta Cavite, Liloan Cebu and another branch in Marawi City.

The capital expenditure budget for iFUEL stations ranges from less than P10 million to P20 million, depending on the size of the location.

iFUEL's double to triple island stations cover an area of 500 to 1,000 square meters and can accommodate buses, trucks and other PUVs. While small stations called "bulilit" stations have an area of around 250 square meters.

A multitude of opportunities await for iFUEL stations, you can have a one-stop concept like iPHARMA Mart, Coffee Spot, Food Caravan and Wendeli.

"Having a complete retail area of everything essential to motorists provides convenience and value for money to our loyal iFUEL customers," she said.

iFUEL currently offers a P2 per liter discount to motorists, especially frontline workers to help them cope during the coronavirus pandemic.

iFUEL also promotes gender equality and has constructed a separate comfort room for members of the LGBT community.
