BIR updates website contents

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is updating its website information by placing a useful "intro" page on it.
BIR Deputy Commissioner for Information System Lanee Cui-David said users will see the intro page when they type www.bir.gov.ph., instead of the old home page.
She said the intro page contains the information frequently sought by taxpayers, including eServices, tax reminders, zonal values, registration, revenue issuances, and forms.
The intro page has also a direct link to the home page and "contact us" section of the website as well as the bureau's media accounts and the recently-launched chatbot named "Revie".
David said that with the intro page, users can directly access their desired information as the enhanced search engine is still being developed. The search engine will be available next year, the BIR said.
