After five years, American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars released a new song titled "Leave The Door Open" on Friday, March 5.
The song is a collaboration with a band called Silk Sonic. It is part of his upcoming album.
“We locked in and made an album. The band’s called Silk Sonic. First song drops next Friday 3/5,” said Bruno on his various social media platforms Feb. 26.
Bruno’s last album was the critically acclaimed “24K” CD which was released in Nov. 2016.

The same album has received accolades from various award-giving bodies. It won six Grammys, including album of the year, in 2017.
“24K” is his third album which spawned the hit songs “24K,” “That’s What I Like,” and “Versace On The Floor.”
In 2010, Bruno debuted with the album “Doo-Wops and Hooligans.” Two years later, his CD “Unorthodox Jukebox” went to No. 1.
