Pangasinan governor lists accomplishments in SOPA

Espino III delivered the State of the Province Address (SOPA) Thursday, underscor­ing the accomplishments and gains of his leadership for the past three years. Gov. Amado I. He said the province’s programs, development efforts and services have cascaded down to the villages to benefit households. Espino said the provincial govern­ment stepped up its infrastructure development projects from roads to bridges, hospital buildings and facili­ties, agricultural facilities, water sys­tems, school buildings and facilities, flood control projects, and the procure­ment of heavy equipment used for infra-development.
