Pangasinan governor lists accomplishments in SOPA

Pangasinan Gov. Amado I. Espino III delivered the State of the Province Address (SOPA) Thursday, underscoring the accomplishments and gains of his leadership for the past three years.

“Magmula nang ako ay maluklok sa panunungkulan, wala po akong hinahangad kundi ang mapangalagaan, mapagsilbihan, at mai-angat ang kalagayan at katayuan ng bawat pamilyang Pangasinense,” Espino said in his third SOPA.
He said the province’s programs, development efforts and services have cascaded down to the villages to benefit households.
Espino said the provincial government stepped up its infrastructure development projects from roads to bridges, hospital buildings and facilities, agricultural facilities, water systems, school buildings and facilities, flood control projects, and the procurement of heavy equipment used for infra-development.
