Reigning Miss Universe Catriona Gray is doing charity work in Brazil as part of her duties, as well as to fulfill her promise to help children.

Queen Cat is in Brazil for the event with “Smile Train”, a charity partner of Miss Universe Organization that helps children with cleft palate.

Gray posted several pictures of her and the children playing and doing art on her Instagram.

“Smiles are best shared had so much being goofy, playing, making arts and crafts with children who have benefited from life-changing cleft surgery through@smiletrain @smiletrainbrasil Look at those smiles!!!” she wrote in her IG post.

The picture has gotten more than 114,000 likes since it was posted Monday.
