ZAMBOANGA CITY – Newly appointed Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) chairperson Zamboanga Sibugay Gov. Dulce Ann Hofer plans to transform the image of the Zamboanga Peninsula from a dangerous region to a beautiful destination for local and international travelers.
