Syngenta continues its winning record for the second year in a row at the annual Cordillera regional corn derby. The corn derby was held by the Department of Agriculture – Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-CAR) last March 15 to 19, 2021, in Busilac, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.

Syngenta once again rose above the competition, continuing its winning streak among regional corn derbies. Previously victorious in the Cordillera and Cagayan Valley regional derbies, Syngenta now conquers in the South Cotabato Provincial Corn Derby, with NK6410 Bt/GT and NK306 Bt/GT clinching the top two spots.

Syngenta wins big at the 2020 Cordillera Corn Derby
Syngenta Philippines’ NK8840 bagged the Masaganang Ani Award as the champion of the first ever Cordillera Regional Corn Derby. Syngenta Philippines, Inc. also took home the Farmer’s Choice award from the event, which was held in Busical, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao last September 15-18, 2020.
