A fisher’s group in Surigao del Sur started to reap fruits of their labor despite the threat brought about by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. As the saying goes, “what you sow is what you reap”.
Surigao is famous among tourists for its picturesque beaches and other natural attractions such as waterfalls, islands, rivers, and caves. All of these make up the topography of the province.
BUTUAN CITY – A total of 30 former communist-New People’s Army (NPA) rebels participated in the five days skills on livelihood program in organic agriculture and livestock training in Surigao del Sur province, 36th Infantry (Valor) Battalion (36th IB) Civil Military Operations (CMO) officer 1st Lt. Rodante A. Soso said.
